If
your remote PC is using Windows XP SP2, you may have a problem with
first time access. Follow the step below, it will help you solve
the problem.

Close
every program, and go back to desktop.
On the
desktop, usually you should see IE logo there.
Right Click on top of IE and left click to choose
properties
( = open Internet Options)
Or, you
can go to Start -> Settings -> Control Pannel
Choose Internet Options

When
Internet Options is open,
you should see Internet Properties.
Go to
Security tab on the top.
Select
Custom Level button |

Then,
you should see Security Settings dialog box.
Make
sure
Automatic
prompting for ActiveX controls
is set to
Enable
And also, Make sure
Download unsigned ActiveX controls
is set to
Prompt
Click
OK

Then,
You should see Warning! message.
Don't
worry. Just click Yes to change |

Now,
click OK to finish Internet Properties setting.
You
should go back to desktop now. |

Open
IE and type your Webcam Address in the address bar.
You
should see the Webcam page. |

After
for awhile, you should see Internet Secuirty Warning Pages.
Click
Install
Then,
you should be able to choose display windows
and click submit to continue... |
