How to setup netZeye - 1st step

1.

Find a working monitor (not a TV), keyboard & mouse

If you did not bought the monitor/keyboard/mouse from TSM then you must see it with your eyes that those components are working 100% before you proceed.

** We had one customer trying to connect a TV to the netZeye. It took us awhile to find out.

2. Connect the power cable to the netZeye at the back
3.

Insert the keyboard & mouse to the netZeye at the back.

Mouse on top.
(In this case the mouse is the green cable)

Keyboard underneath the mouse.
(In this case, keyboard is the white cable)

4. A monitor has a 15-pin plug.
Plug the monitor 15-pin connector to the 15-pin female connector on the netZeye at the back.
5.

Turn on the monitor.
LED should be "ON"

If the LED is not "ON", your monitor is not working.

6.

Push the Power-button of netZeye for 2-3 seconds until the Power-Light is "ON"

You should hear the fan started spining inside the unit.

In this example, the big blue button on the top is the "Power-ON" button.

7. After a few seconds, video should appear on the monitor. Now your system is 99% working.

Remark: If you do not get this far, make sure that all the cables are 100% secured and carefully repeated from step-1 again.

Take your time. No rush. It only take less than 2 minutes.

If the Power-LED of netZeye does not turned on, call TSM
If the monitor-LED does not turned on, call the monitor vendor.
