If the version or model is not the same then first uninstall the capture card drivers, then shutdown the PC. The next thing to do is to uninstall the old capture card and install the new capture card, then power up the PC. When you get back to the desktop reinstall the video capture card drivers. |

Sometimes this will get you back into our system by bringing up the password prompt when you start our software. If this does not work you need to format the hard drive and reload everything. |

Next click setup, system configure, and camera setup. Next check "invoke alarm" under "monitor control" and then select the wav file you would like to play. To play a custom wav file select user defined under monitor control and then browse the PC and find and open your custom wav file. Currently we only support wav format files. |
