Right click on your CD-RW device, you will see the following
dialog box: |

After clicking "Properties", you will see

Please make sure "Enable CD recording on this drive"
is enable. |

Insert a CD-R or CD-RW disc to the
CD-RW device. |

Press  or select from the drop-down menu [log] > [backup],

Select the Media you want to backup to a hard disk drive.

Enter
the desired starting time in "Start Time" and the desired
ending time in "End Time" of the audio/video files you
want to backup. |

When the [Step 9] is completed, copy the backup folder to
the CD-RW device. You will see the following image on the CD-RW device: |

Select "Writer these files to CD" from "File"
