After all hard drives are full the system will start over writing the oldest video clip with the newest video clip. |

Using MPEG4 Encoder Viewer feature under webcam and the MPEG4 Encoder Viewer screen is to big to fit in the remote system screen. | Answer: Change desktop resolution to 1024 X 768 by right clicking any blank space on the desktop and clicking properties. Then click on the settings tab under display properties and change the screen resolution to 1024 X 768, next click apply and ok. Multicam is the only feature on Webcam that needs to have a resolution of 1024 X 768. The other remote views and webcam features can be viewed using 800 X 600 or 1024 X 768. |

Go to www.netzeye.com, click download tab then click "download video codec: support win xp, click save. After download complete click open and then run through the install to install codec. |
